Group Reformer Classes.
Beginner Class
These classes are for those who are new to Pilates and the Reformer, or who have injuries. With a strong focus on alignment, core connection and the pilates principles, you must attend at least two of these classes before advancing to other class levels.
Intermediate/Advanced Class
You will certainly feel the burn in this class! These classes are designed to push your limits, sculpting and toning your body through dynamic, resistance-based movements that challenge and empower you. Your core, co-ordination and balance will all be challenged.
JumpBoard Cardio
Cardio Jump is a high intensity, fast paced cardio workout. Suitable for those with a high level of fitness who want to feel the burn and get sweaty. Using the Reformer JumpBoard and weights this class will certainly keep you burning fat for the rest of the day.
Simply Reformer Stretch
This class uses the Reformer to isolate and lengthen specific muscles, improving flexibility, increasing range of movement, enabling a deeper, more effective stretch than you could achieve unassisted. You will leave this class feeling lengthened and relaxed.
