Reformer Classes.
Reformer Pilates is like no other form of exercise. Through a system of springs, ropes, a gliding carriage and a moving crossbar we are able to create endless challenging movements to tone, strengthen and sculpt the body like never before! The Pilates principles of targeting both large and small muscle groups means the exercises are exceptionally effective at creating lean muscles, changing body shape and aiding in weight loss.
Reformer Barre.
Get ready to lift, sculpt, and sweat with our Reformer Barre class—a high-energy fusion of Dynamic Reformer Pilates and barre-inspired movement designed to push your limits. This class combines the precision and resistance of the reformer with small, controlled barre movements to target every muscle group, especially the legs, glutes, and core. Expect deep muscle engagement, serious endurance work, and that unmistakable burn that takes your strength and definition to the next level. It’s tough, it’s transformative, and it delivers incredible results.
Disco JumpBoard Cardio.
This class uses the Reformer JumpBoard to get your heart pumping, legs wobbling and arms aching for a full body work out. This cardio class uses the JumpBoards to challenge the core, raise the heart rate and burn fat with minimal impact on your joints. Be warned though- this class is not for the feint hearted, be prepared to get sweaty and feel the burn under the Disco lights!

What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a machine to incorporate the Pilates technique to create a challenging and intense full body workout. It helps build a stronger core, improves posture, improves mood, overall body shape, muscle tone, and increases flexibility . By using leverage and spring tension the Reformer takes stress off joints and bones, and can be designed to target one specific muscle group or a whole body exercise, creating a great form of strength and endurance training.
Joseph Pilates said “You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions, and have a completely new body in 30 sessions.” Reformer Pilates works from the inside out. Focusing on core connection and spinal alignment before challenging the global muscles.
